حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ
اخْتَلَفَ رَجُلَانِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى؟ فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا هُوَ مَسْجِدُ الرَّسُولِ وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ هُوَ مَسْجِدُ قُبَاءٍ فَأَتَيَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَسَأَلَاهُ فَقَالَ هُوَ مَسْجِدِي هَذَا

✧ During the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, two men disagreed about the mosque founded on piety. One of them said it was the Mosque of the Messenger, and the other said it was the Mosque of Quba. They went to the Prophet ﷺ and asked him, and he said, “It is this mosque of mine.”
