حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنَ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ فَائِدٍ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
مَا مِنْ أَمِيرِ عَشَرَةٍ إِلَّا يُؤْتَى بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولًا لَا يَفُكُّهُ مِنْهَا إِلَّا عَدْلُهُ، وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ ثُمَّ نَسِيَهُ إِلَّا لَقِيَ اللهَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَجْذَمَ

✧ There is no commander of ten except that he will be brought on the Day of Resurrection bound in chains, and nothing will release him from them except his justice. And no man learns the Qurʾan then forgets it except that he will meet Allah on the Day of Resurrection mutilated.
