حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَرَجُ حَدَّثَنَا لُقْمَانُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَسَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ قَالَ
قُلْتُ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ، مَا كَانَ أَوَّلُ بَدْءِ أَمْرِكَ ؟ قَالَ: دَعْوَةُ أَبِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَبُشْرَى عِيسَى، وَرَأَتْ أُمِّي أَنَّهُ يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا نُورٌ أَضَاءَتْ مِنْهَا قُصُورُ الشَّامِ.
Translation

I said, “O Prophet of Allah ﷺ, what marked the beginning of your mission?” He said: “The dua of my father, Ibrahim, the good news of Isa, and my mother’s vision in which she saw a light emerging from her that illuminated the palaces of Syria.”
