✧ Osama bin Zaid's Love for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ أَسَمِعْتَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَذَكَرَ قِصَّةً وَلَكِنِّي سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمَّا دَخَلَ الْبَيْتَ دَعَا فِي نَوَاحِيهِ كُلِّهَا، وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ فِيهِ حَتَّى خَرَجَ، فَلَمَّا خَرَجَ رَكَعَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ فِي قُبُلِ الْكَعْبَةِ وَقَالَ: هَذِهِ الْقِبْلَةُ

✧ When the Prophet ﷺ entered the House, he supplicated in all its corners and did not pray in it until he came out. When he came out, he prayed two rak'ahs facing the Ka'bah and said: This is the qiblah.
