✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray Ẓuhr in the intense midday heat, and no prayer was harder on the companions of the Prophet ﷺ than it. He said: Then it was revealed: 'Guard strictly the prayers, and the middle prayer' [Q 2:238]. And he said: Before it there are two prayers and after it there are two prayers.
