✧ Three whom God loves, and three whom God hates. As for those whom God loves: a man who came to a people and asked them by God, and did not ask them by any kinship between them, but they refused him. Then a man remained behind at their heels and gave him secretly, no one knowing of his gift except God and the one to whom he gave it. A group who traveled through their night until sleep became dearer to them than anything else it might be weighed against; they dismounted and laid down their heads, but one man arose, seeking My favor and reciting My verses. And a man who was in a raiding party; they met the enemy and were routed, but he advanced with his chest until he was killed or God granted him victory. And the three whom God hates: the adulterous old man, the arrogant poor man, and the oppressive rich man.
