✧ Ubayd Allah b. Ziyad delayed the prayer, so I asked Abdullah b. al-Samit, and he struck my thigh and said: 'I asked my close friend Abu Dharr, and he struck my thigh and said: I asked my close friend, meaning the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: Pray the prayer at its appointed time. If you are present, then pray with them, and do not say: I have already prayed, so I will not pray.'
