حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابن عَوْنٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَزَالُ هَذَا الْأَمْرُ عَزِيزًا مَنِيعًا يُنْصَرُونَ عَلَى مَنْ نَاوَأَهُمْ عَلَيْهِ إِلَى اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ خَلِيفَةً ثُمَّ قَالَ كَلِمَةً أَصَمَّنِيهَا النَّاسُ فَقُلْتُ لِأَبِي مَا قَالَ؟ قَالَ كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ

✧ "From the Prophet ﷺ who said, 'This matter will always remain exalted and defended. They will be supported against those who oppose them until there are twelve successors after me.' Then he said a word that I did not hear, so I asked my father what he had said. He said, 'All of them are from the Quraysh.'"
