حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
كَانَ بِلَالٌ يُؤَذِّنُ إِذَا زَالَتِ الشَّمْسُ لَا يَخْرِمُ ثُمَّ لَا يُقِيمُ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ قَالَ فَإِذَا خَرَجَ أَقَامَ حِينَ يَرَاهُ
Translation

✧ Bilal would give the adhan when the sun had declined, without fail, then he would not give the iqama until the Prophet ﷺ came out. When he came out, he would give the iqama upon seeing him.
