حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ جَابِرًا
عَنْ صَلَاةِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ كَانَ يُخَفِّفُ وَلَا يُصَلِّي صَلَاةَ هَؤُلَاءِ قَالَ وَنَبَّأَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْفَجْرِ بِ ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ وَنَحْوِهَا

✧ About the prayer of the Prophet ﷺ, he said: 'He used to keep it light and did not pray the prayer of these people.' He said: And he informed me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in the Fajr prayer 'Qaf, by the Glorious Quran' and similar surahs.
