حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَرْجِسَ قَالَ
أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ، صَلَاةُ الصُّبْحِ فَرَأَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ رَجُلًا يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ: بِأَيِّ صَلَاتِكَ احْتَسَبْتَ ؟ بِصَلَاتِكَ وَحْدَكَ، أَوْ صَلَاتِكَ الَّتِي صَلَّيْتَ مَعَنَا. ؟

✧ The prayer was called — the dawn prayer. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw a man praying the two rakʿahs of dawn, so he said to him, "For which of your prayers do you seek reward? For your prayer alone, or for the prayer you prayed with us?"
