حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَغَزَوْنَا نَحْوَ فَارِسَ فَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

مَنْ بَاتَ فَوْقَ بَيْتٍ لَيْسَ لَهُ إِجَّارٌ فَوَقَعَ فَمَاتَ فَبَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ، وَمَنْ رَكِبَ الْبَحْرَ عِنْدَ ارْتِجَاجِهِ فَمَاتَ، فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

✧ Whoever spends the night on top of a house that has no parapet, and falls and dies, then the protection is free from him. And whoever rides the sea when it is turbulent and dies, then the protection is free from him.
