✧ I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said to me, 'O Qabisa, what brings you?' I said, 'I have grown old and my bones have become thin, so I came to you to teach me what Allah, Mighty and Majestic, may benefit me with.' He said, 'O Qabisa, you did not pass by any stone, tree, or clod of earth except that it sought forgiveness for you. O Qabisa, when you pray the dawn prayer, say three times: "Glory be to Allah, the Magnificent, and with His praise"; you will be protected from blindness, leprosy, and paralysis. O Qabisa, say: "O Allah, I ask You from what You have, and pour upon me from Your bounty, and spread over me Your mercy, and send down upon me from Your blessings."'
