حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سُفْيَانَ وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
لَوْلَا أَنَّ الْكِلَابَ أُمَّةٌ مِنَ الْأُمَمِ، لَأَمَرْتُ بِقَتْلِهَا، فَاقْتُلُوا مِنْهَا كُلَّ أَسْوَدَ بَهِيمٍ
Translation

✧ Were it not that dogs are a community among the communities, I would command that they be killed. So kill from them every pure black one.
