حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَحَجَّاجٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ رَبّ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ وَقَالَ بَهْزٌ عَبْدَ رَبِّهِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ مَوْلَى أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ قَالَ
دَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ فِي شَهَادَةٍ، فَقَامَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا يُقِمِ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَقْعُدُ فِيهِ أَوْ قَالَ: إِذَا أَقَامَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ فَلَا يَجْلِسْ فِيهِ، وَلَا يَمْسَحِ الرَّجُلُ يَدَهُ بِثَوْبِ مَنْ لَا يَمْلِكُ

✧ Abu Bakrah came upon us bearing testimony, and a man stood up from his seat for him. Abu Bakrah said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A man should not make another man get up from his seat and then sit in it" — or he said: "When a man makes another man get up from his seat, he should not sit in it" — "and a man should not wipe his hand on the garment of one he does not own."'
