حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ ثُرْمُلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَكَرَةَ قَالَ
مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً بِغَيْرِ حِلِّهَا، حَرَّمَ اللهُ [تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى] عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ أَنْ يَشُمَّ رِيحَهَا
