✧ From the narration of Samurah bin Jundub, about the Prophet ﷺ.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ وَرَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِعَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَيْكُمْ بِهَذَا الْبَيَاضِ فَيَلْبَسُهُ أَحْيَاؤكُمْ وَقَالَ رَوْحٌ فَلْيَلْبَسْهُ أَحْيَاؤُكُمْ وَكَفِّنُوا فِيهِ مَوْتَاكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْ خَيْرِ ثِيَابِكُمْ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Adhere to this white [clothing]; let your living wear it, and shroud your dead in it, for it is among the best of your clothes.' Rawh said: 'Let your living wear it.'
