حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ وَحَمَّادٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ

أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا

Translation

✧ The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said: “Any woman whom two guardians give in marriage belongs to the first of them, and any man who sells a sale to two men belongs to the first of them.”
