حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَإِذَا بَاعَ بَيْعًا لِرَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا
