حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَوَادَةَ الْقُشَيْرِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا يَغُرَّنَّكُمْ أَذَانُ بِلَالٍ وَلَا هَذَا الْفَجْرُ الْمُسْتَطِيلُ وَلَكِنِ الْفَجْرُ الْمُسْتَطِيرُ وَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ هَكَذَا وَأَشَارَ يَزِيدُ بِيَدِهِ الْيُمْنَى
Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, that he said: “Do not let the adhān of Bilāl deceive you, nor this elongated dawn, but rather the spreading dawn,” and he gestured with his hand like this—and Yazīd indicated with his right hand.
