حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ أَبُو قَطَنٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ
إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَإِذَا بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا
