حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ
إِذَا أَنْكَحَ وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ، وَإِذَا بَاعَ اثْنَانِ فَالْبَيْعُ لِلْأَوَّلِ
