حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنِي قَتَادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِعَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ

إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَإِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا

✧ When two guardians give a woman in marriage, she belongs to the first of them; and when a sale is conducted with two men, it belongs to the first of them.
