حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ جَدِّي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ
لَا يَأْتِي رَجُلٌ مَوْلَاهُ يَسْأَلُهُ مِنْ فَضْلٍ عِنْدَهُ فَيَمْنَعُهُ، إِلَّا دُعِيَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شُجَاعٌ يَتَلَمَّظُ، فَضْلُهُ الَّذِي مَنَعَ
Translation

✧ No man goes to his master asking him for some surplus he has, and he withholds it, except that on the Day of Resurrection a serpent will be summoned for him, hissing, [for] the surplus he withheld.
