✧ A woman from Juhaynah came to the Prophet ﷺ while she was pregnant from adultery and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have committed a punishable offense, so carry out the punishment on me." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ called her guardian and said, "Treat her well, and when she gives birth, bring her to me." He did so. Then he ordered that her clothes be fastened around her, then he ordered her to be stoned. Then he prayed over her. Umar said to him, "You pray over her even though you stoned her?" He said, "She repented with such repentance that if it were divided among seventy of the people of Madinah, it would suffice them. Have you found anything better than her giving herself to Allah [Mighty and Majestic is He]?"
