حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
إِذَا تَوَجَّهَ الْمُسْلِمَانِ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا، فَقَتَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَهُمَا فِي النَّارِ، قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، هَذَا الْقَاتِلُ فَمَا بَالُ الْمَقْتُولِ ؟ قَالَ: إِنَّهُ أَرَادَ قَتْلَ صَاحِبِهِ
Translation

✧ When two Muslims face each other with their swords, and one kills the other, then both are in the Fire. It was said: O Messenger of God, this is the killer, but what about the one killed? He said: He intended to kill his companion.
