Translation

✧ The people took to a mountain pass or a rugged ascent, and whenever a man reached its top he called out: There is no god but God, and God is most great. The Prophet ﷺ was on a mule, urging it among the horses, and he said: O people, you are not calling upon one who is deaf or absent. Then he said: O Abu Musa—or O Abdullah b. Qays—shall I not direct you to a treasure from the treasures of Paradise? He said: I said: Of course. He said: There is no power and no strength except with God.
