حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
قَدِمَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ رَجُلٌ مَجْذُومٌ مِنْ ثَقِيفٍ لِيُبَايِعَهُ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ: ائْتِهِ فَأَخْبِرْهُ أَنِّي قَدْ بَايَعْتُهُ فَلْيَرْجِعْ
Translation

✧ A leprous man from Thaqīf came to the Prophet ﷺ to pledge allegiance to him. I went to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned that to him, and he said, "Go to him and inform him that I have accepted his pledge, so let him return."
