✧ Shuraḥbīl b. al-Simṭ invited ʿAmr b. ʿAbasah al-Sulamī and said: O Ibn ʿAbasah, will you narrate to me a hadith you yourself heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, with no addition and no lie, and do not narrate it to me from someone else who heard it from him other than you? He said: Yes. I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says: My love is due for those who love one another for My sake, and My love is due for those who are sincere with one another for My sake, and My love is due for those who visit one another for My sake, and My love is due for those who give generously to one another for My sake, and My love is due for those who support one another for My sake.
