حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي قَالَ قُلْتُ لِابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى
رَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، يَهُودِيًّا وَيَهُودِيَّةً، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: بَعْدَ نُزُولِ النُّورِ أَوْ قَبْلَهَا ؟ قَالَ: لَا أَدْرِي
Translation

✧ He told me, he said, "I asked Ibn Abi Awfa, did the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ stone a Jewish man and a Jewish woman?" He said, "Yes." I said, "Was this before the revelation of the Quran or after?" He said, "I do not know."
