حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى هُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنْ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
لَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَزْنِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ - أَوْ: سَرَفٍ - وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ
