حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ خَبَّابٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَيْسَرَةُ أَبُو صَالِحٍ عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ قَالَ
أَتَانَا مُصَدِّقُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: فَجَلَسْتُ إِلَيْهِ، فَسَمِعْتُهُ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ فِي عَهْدِي أَنْ لَا آخُذَ مِنْ رَاضِعِ لَبَنٍ، وَلَا يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ، وَلَا يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ، وَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِنَاقَةٍ كَوْمَاءَ، فَقَالَ: خُذْهَا، فَأَبَى أَنْ يَأْخُذَهَا

✧ The truthfulness collector of the Prophet ﷺ came to us. He said, "I sat with him and heard him say, 'My covenant is not to take from a suckling lamb, nor to combine separated livestock, nor to separate combined livestock.'" A man brought him a humped she-camel and said, "Take it," but he refused to take it.
