حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ

مَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ ذِي لِمَّةٍ أَحْسَنَ فِي حُلَّةٍ حَمْرَاءَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لَهُ شَعَرٌ يَضْرِبُ مَنْكِبَيْهِ، بَعِيدُ مَا بَيْنَ الْمَنْكِبَيْنِ، لَيْسَ بِالطَّوِيلِ وَلَا بِالْقَصِيرِ

Translation

  4. al-Barāʾ

✧ I have never seen anyone with long hair more handsome in a red hulla than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. His hair reached his shoulders, his shoulders were broad, and he was neither tall nor short.
