al-Bara b. Azib

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ

وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْـزَلَ اللهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْـزَلَ اللهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْـزَلَ اللهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ قَالَ: هِيَ فِي الْكُفَّارِ كُلُّهَا

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, they are the disbelievers" [Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:44]. "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, they are the wrongdoers" [Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:45]. "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, they are the rebellious" [Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:47]. He said, "This applies to all disbelievers."
