حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ، وَهُوَ عَلَى بَعِيرِهِ، وَاسْتَلَمَ الْحَجَرَ بِمِحْجَنٍ كَانَ مَعَهُ، قَالَ: وَأَتَى السِّقَايَةَ، فَقَالَ: اسْقُونِي، فَقَالُوا: إِنَّ هَذَا يَخُوضُهُ النَّاسُ، وَلَكِنَّا نَأْتِيكَ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ، فَقَالَ: لَا حَاجَةَ لِي فِيهِ، اسْقُونِي مِمَّا يَشْرَبُ مِنْهُ النَّاسُ

✧ That the Prophet ﷺ circumambulated the House while he was on his camel, and he touched the Stone with a staff that was with him. He said: And he came to the watering place and said: 'Give me a drink.' They said: 'The people stir this, but we will bring you some from the house.' He said: 'I have no need of that; give me a drink from what the people drink.'
