✧ The sun eclipsed during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He went out and prayed two rak'ahs and supplicated, then prayed two rak'ahs and supplicated until the eclipse cleared. Then he said: 'Some men claim that when the sun or the moon eclipses, it only eclipses because of the death of a great person among the great ones. It is not so. Rather they are two creations among Allah's creations (Mighty and Majestic). When Allah (Mighty and Majestic) manifests Himself to something of His creation, it humbles itself to Him.'
