حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا الْبَخْتَرِيُّ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ رُوَيْبَةَ الثَّقَفِيِّ سَمِعُوهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ
لَنْ يَلِجَ النَّارَ رَجُلٌ صَلَّى قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا. فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ: آنْتَ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: أَشْهَدُ لَسَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي

✧ No man will enter the Fire who prays before the rising of the sun and before its setting. A man from the people of Basra said: Did you hear it from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ? He said: Yes. He said: I bear witness that my two ears heard it and my heart comprehended it.
