حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّرِ الطَّائِيِّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحِلٌّ الطَّائِيُّ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ
مَنْ أَمَّنَا فَلْيُتِمَّ الرُّكُوعَ وَالسُّجُودَ، فَإِنَّ فِينَا الضَّعِيفَ وَالْكَبِيرَ وَالْمَرِيضَ وَالْعَابِرَ سَبِيلٍ وَذَا الْحَاجَةِ، هَكَذَا كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

✧ Whoever leads us in prayer should complete the bowing and prostration, for among us are the weak, the old, the sick, the traveler, and the one in need. This is how we used to pray with the Messenger of God ﷺ.
