حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ الْحَدَّادُ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الرَّاكِبُخَلْفَ الْجِنَازَةِ وَالْمَاشِي حَيْثُ شَاءَ مِنْهَا وَالطِّفْلُ يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ
Translation
Chain of narrators
- ʿAbd al-Wāḥid al-Ḥaddād
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The rider is behind the funeral procession, and the walker may walk wherever he wishes around it, and prayer is offered for the child.
