✧ [A woman was struck by her co-wife] with a tent pole, and she killed her while she was pregnant. The Prophet ﷺ was brought the case, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the killer's relatives must pay the blood money, and for the fetus a ghurra (a slave, male or female). Her relatives said: "Should we pay blood money for one who did not eat, drink, cry, or make a sound? Such a one is void." He said: "Rhymed prose like the rhymed prose of the Bedouins!"
