حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَعْقِلٍ قَالَ

قَعَدْتُ إِلَى كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ فِي هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ، وَقَالَ: أَطْعِمْ سِتَّةَ مَسَاكِينَ كُلَّ مِسْكِينٍ نِصْفَ صَاعٍ مِنْ طَعَامٍ

✧ I sat with Ka'b b. Ujra in this mosque, and I asked him about this verse, and he mentioned the hadith, and he said: 'Feed six poor persons, each poor person half a sa' of food.'
