حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَامِرٍ الْأَسْلَمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ حَاجِبِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ سَلَامَةَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي سُلَيْمٍ وَكَانَتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ طَعَامِهِ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَطْعَمْتَ، وَسَقَيْتَ، وَأَشْبَعْتَ، وَأَرْوَيْتَ، فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ غَيْرَ مَكْفُورٍ وَلَا مُوَدَّعٍ، وَلَا مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْكَ ».

✧ When the Prophet ﷺ finished his food, he would say: "O Allah, to You belongs praise. You have fed, and given drink, and satisfied, and quenched thirst. So to You belongs praise, without being ungratefully denied, nor abandoned, nor dispensed with."
