حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ وَعِصَامُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيزٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نِمْرَانُ بْنُ مِخْمَرٍ وَقَالَ عِصَامُ ابْنُ مُحْبِرٍ عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ
مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ
