✧ I prayed ẓuhr in my house, then I went out with some camels of mine to send them to the shepherd. I passed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was leading the people in the ẓuhr prayer, but I continued on and did not pray with him. When I had sent my camels and returned, that was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said to me: “What prevented you, O so-and-so, from praying with us when you passed by us?” I said: “O Messenger of Allah, I had already prayed in my house.” He said: “Even so.”
