✧ The ruling of b. Amr al-Ghaffari

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ عَنْ دُلْجَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِلْحَكَمِ الْغِفَارِيِّ، أَوْ قَالَ الْحَكَمُ لِرَجُلٍ: أَتَذْكُرُ يَوْمَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ النَّقِيرِ وَالْمُقَيَّرِ، أَوْ أَحَدِهِمَا، وَعَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ، وَالْحَنْتَمِ ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ، وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ
Translation

✧ That a man said to al-Hakam al-Ghifari, or al-Hakam said to a man: Do you remember the day when the Messenger of God ﷺ forbade al-naqir and al-muqayyar, or one of them, and al-dubba' and al-hantam? He said: Yes, and I bear witness to that.
