حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ قَالَ
كُنْتُ آخِذًا بِزِمَامِ نَاقَةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَهِيَ تَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّتِهَا، وَلُعَابُهَا يَسِيلُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيَّ، فَقَالَ: « إِنَّ اللهَ [عَزَّ وَجَلَّ] قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ، وَلَيْسَ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ، الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ، وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ، وَمَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ، أَوِ انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ، فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ

✧ I was holding the rein of the Messenger of Allah's she-camel ﷺ while it was chewing its cud, and its saliva was flowing between my shoulders. He said: "Indeed Allah [Mighty and Majestic] has given every rightful person his right, and there is no bequest for an heir. The child belongs to the bed, and the stone is for the adulterer. Whoever claims attribution to other than his father or ascribes himself to other than his masters, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people."
