حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ حَدَّثَنِي كَعْبُ بْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ شِمَاسَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

كَفَّارَةُ النَّذْرِ كَفَّارَةُ الْيَمِينِ
