حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْيَزَنِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ
إِنِّي رَاكِبٌ غَدًا إِلَى يَهُودَ، فَلَا تَبْدَؤُوهُمْ بِالسَّلَامِ، وَإِذَا سَلَّمُوا عَلَيْكُمْ فَقُولُوا: وَعَلَيْكُمْ.
