حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الْغَافِقِيِّ عَنْ بَعْضِ وَلَدِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ
نَادَانِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَنَا عَلَى بَطْنِ امْرَأَتِي، فَقُمْتُ وَلَمْ أُنْزِلْ، فَاغْتَسَلْتُ وَخَرَجْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ أَنَّكَ دَعَوْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَلَى بَطْنِ امْرَأَتِي، فَقُمْتُ وَلَمْ أُنْزِلْ، فَاغْتَسَلْتُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا عَلَيْكَ، الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ، قَالَ رَافِعٌ: ثُمَّ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ بِالْغُسْلِ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ called me while I was on top of my wife. I got up without ejaculating, performed ghusl, and went out to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I told him that you called me while I was on top of my wife; I got up without ejaculating and performed ghusl. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "No harm upon you; water is from water." Rafi' said: Then afterwards the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to perform ghusl.
