حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ قَالَ
بَيْنَمَا أَنَا أَمْشِي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَعْضِ طُرُقِ الْمَدِينَةِ لِثَمَانَ عَشْرَةَ مَضَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ وَهُوَ آخِذٌ بِيَدِي، فَمَرَّ عَلَى رَجُلٍ يَحْتَجِمُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ

✧ While I was walking with the Messenger of God ﷺ in one of the streets of Madinah on the eighteenth of Ramadan, holding my hand, he passed by a man being cupped. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: The cupper and the one cupped have broken the fast.
